Cancellation Policy

We offer a 24-hour window to cancel any retail-priced order. If you need to cancel your order, please email support@thepreshshop.com within 24 hours of placing your order, and include your order number in the message.

  • Custom Orders (including embroidery or monograms): May be eligible for cancellation within 24 hours only if production has not yet started. Refunds will be issued in the form of store credit.

  • Preorder Items: Eligible for cancellation within the 24-hour window. Refunds will be issued in the form of store credit.

  • In-Stock: May be canceled within 24 hours; eligible for store credit only after this period.

  • All SALE items are final sale and not eligible for cancellation, return, refund, or exchange.

After 24 hours, all orders are considered final and are no longer eligible for cancellation.

 

Return Policy

At PRESH, we take great pride in the craftsmanship and quality of every item we produce. Due to the personalized nature of our products, all customized and embroidered items are considered final sale and are not eligible for return or exchange unless deemed substantially defective.

If you believe your product contains a defect, please contact us at support@thepreshshop.com within 7 days of delivery. We are happy to evaluate and resolve any valid concerns.


Eligibility for Return or Refund (Customized Products):

To qualify for a refund or replacement:

  • The item must contain a substantial defect or fail to meet the approved specifications.

  • The defect must be the result of an error in our customization or production process.

  • Minor variations in embroidery placement (up to ¼ inch in any direction) fall within acceptable production tolerances and do not qualify as defects.

We reserve the right to request photographic proof of the issue prior to authorizing any resolution.

If a return is exceptionally approved, a 25% Customization Impact Fee will be deducted from the refund or store credit amount to reflect the reduced resale value of personalized goods. This fee is non-negotiable.

If the approved resolution is a return rather than an exchange, the customer will receive a store credit equal to the adjusted amount.

All return requests must be submitted within 7 days of receipt and are subject to review and approval.

We appreciate your understanding and encourage all customers to carefully review sizing charts, personalization fields, and order details before submitting.

Sales & Price Adjustment Policy

At PRESH, we do not offer price matching or post-purchase price adjustments. All promotions and sales are run at our sole discretion and may be time-limited or exclusive to specific collections, platforms, or customer groups. Discounts or promotional pricing cannot be applied to previously purchased items under any circumstances. We reserve the right to modify or discontinue any promotion at any time without prior notice.

 

Damages and issues

At PRESH, we stand behind the quality of our products and packaging. If your order arrives damaged or contains a manufacturing defect, please notify us within 7 days of delivery so we can promptly address the issue.

To be eligible for a replacement:

  • The defect must be substantial and result from an error in the production or customization process.

  • If the item was damaged during shipping, clear evidence of shipping-related damage must be provided.

We reserve the right to request photographic proof of the damage or defect before authorizing a replacement or resolution.

  • Your order number

  • A clear description of the issue

  • Photos that clearly show the problem
