Shipping policy
All orders are processed and shipped as promptly as possible, excluding weekends and holidays. Please refer to the timelines below based on the type of order:

Customized Orders (e.g., monogrammed or embroidered items):
Please allow approximately 4–6 weeks for processing and production prior to shipping. -
Blank (Non-Customized) Orders:
Typically ship within 3–5 business days of purchase.
All orders are shipped via standard carriers such as USPS or UPS and include a tracking number. You will receive a shipping confirmation email with your tracking information as soon as your order leaves our facility.
Estimated delivery times vary by location and carrier, but most orders arrive within 2–7 business days after shipment. Please note that carrier delays, inclement weather, or other unforeseen factors may occasionally impact delivery times. Hampton James Clothing cannot guarantee exact delivery dates once a package has been handed off to the carrier.
If any items in your order are delayed due to stock availability, high order volume, or other factors, we will notify you by email as soon as possible.
Please Note:
We are not responsible for shipping delays caused by the postal service, customs, or incorrect shipping information entered at checkout. Once an order is marked as delivered by the carrier, we are not liable for lost or stolen packages.
